FAQ
How does it work?
You simply enter your Craigslist ads & user accounts into OUR SYSTEM and our team of assistants will post and re-post your ads for you. We allow you to write the ad directly inside of OUR SYSTEM, edit/update ads and add multiple "larger" pictures (not just the 4 photos Craigslist allows). Ad view statistics are stored in your account for your reference.
Do I have to re-enter each ad into your system?
Only if you want to, we have a nifty tool that allows you to "import" your ad by entering your existing Craigslist URL. This tool will copy your ad title, description, price, photo, etc. This will save you lots of time.
How much does it cost?
It costs one credit per post. So, if you have 1 ad that you want reposted every 2 days, it will be reposted 15 times in a month, so you will need 15 credits.
Credit prices vary based on how many credits you buy at a time. You can see the pricing info here.
Why do you need my Craigslist user account?
We enter your Craigslist ads into the user account(s) you provide, so we can keep all of our client ads seperate. The second reason is in order to avoid violating Craigslist terms and conditions we need YOUR craigslist login info, this is less likely to occur. You will also get "confirmation emails" from craigslist letting you know when we have re-posted your ads.
NOTE: Craigslist has two security features that are required to use their system and may have to be performed periodically. Note when either of these verification processes are activated no further posting can be processed against your account until they have been completed:
Password Resetting - Craigslist requires a unique e-mail address for each Craigslist account. Therefore, we recommend that you set up an e-mail address using one of the free services on-line (i.e. Yahoo, Google etc.) to be used strictly for posting Craigslist ads. In the event a Craigslist password reset is needed, we can update it for you (you will be notified when this happens) to make the process as seamless as possible for you.
Phone Verification - Craigslist requires a unique phone number for each Craigslist account. Periodically, when posting Craigslist ads, a user is prompted to enter a phone number. Then Craigslist, using an automated system, calls the entered phone number and provides (usually within minutes) an authorization code which must be entered into their system (or the account is frozen). When phone verification is required, one of our staff members will contact you to let you know that you will be receiving a call from Craigslist with the required authorization number. Once you have the code, please provide this information to us (via e-mail or by phone) and we take it from there. Note, until this process is complete we will be unable to perform further postings on your behalf.
How many ads can I create with your system?
You can create as many as you want. You basically signup and specify your first ad. Once you have created your account and have logged in, you can add other ads in your account.
What all is included?
We will use your ad information and photos and post it into your account. We will automatically track each of your ads statistics that tell you how many times your ad has been viewed (this is helpful to know if you ad info is working or not). We will also allow you to post more than the standard 4 photos that Craigslist allows (by hosting them on our servers)
